1. Independent relationship
You join as an independent affiliate, not an employee, partner or agent of Divine Earth Theory. You are responsible for your own taxes; affiliates earning $600 or more in a year will be asked for tax information (Form W-9) before payouts.
2. Commissions
You earn a Level 1 commission on qualifying product orders placed through your personal link, and a Level 2 commission on qualifying orders by affiliates you personally refer. Commissions are calculated on what the customer actually paid for products — not shipping, tax, or store credit — and are held for the return window before becoming payable. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks reduce or reverse the related commissions. Self-purchases through your own link do not earn commission.
3. Payouts
Approved commissions are paid by electronic payout on the regular payout schedule once you have completed onboarding. We may hold payouts while an account is under review for a possible violation.
4. Share Responsibly certification
Before you can share links or marketing materials, you must read and accept the Share Responsibly policies. Certification must be renewed when our policies are updated.
5. Product claims
You will not say or imply that our products diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition. You will describe our products only as broad-spectrum hemp extract with 0.0% THC per third-party lab report, and use only approved wording and materials.
6. Disclosure (FTC)
You will clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you share a link, post, review or recommendation — for example "#ad" or "I earn a commission from Divine Earth Theory." Disclosures must be visible without clicking "more".
7. Prohibited practices
No spam, no paid ads bidding on our brand name, no income or earnings promises, no marketing to anyone under 21, no shipping or selling into restricted states, no reselling on marketplaces, and no misleading or fake reviews.
8. Age and eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of a state where we ship.
9. Termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time. We may suspend or end your participation, and withhold unpaid commissions connected to a violation, if these terms or our compliance policies are broken.
10. Changes
We may update these terms, commission rates or policies with notice. Continuing in the program after an update means you accept it.
