1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We formulate every Divine Earth Theory product to the highest standards of quality and bioavailability. We are confident in what we make, and we back that confidence with a 21-day satisfaction guarantee. If you try our products and are not satisfied — for any reason — we will issue a full refund of the product purchase price.
This guarantee applies to your first order of each product. It is intended to give you the confidence to try our formulas without risk, not as a mechanism for repeated free product. We reserve the right to limit the guarantee to one claim per customer per product.
2. Return Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- Products purchased directly from divineeartheory.com within the last 21 days from the date of delivery.
- Both opened and unopened products are eligible under our satisfaction guarantee for first-time orders.
- Products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Orders placed more than 21 days prior to the refund request.
- Products purchased through third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly).
- Repeat refund requests on the same product by the same customer.
- Gift cards and digital products.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping Costs
For satisfaction-based returns (not due to our error), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
4. Processing & Timeline
- Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days of receipt.
- Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Subscription Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to the same 21-day satisfaction guarantee as one-time purchases. If you wish to cancel a subscription and request a refund on your most recent shipment, please contact us within 21 days of delivery.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the scheduled billing date. Cancellations made after the billing date but before shipment may be eligible for a refund; cancellations after shipment are subject to our standard return policy.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include:

We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable. We take quality control seriously and use your reports to improve our fulfillment processes.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards and store credit.
- Digital downloads and digital content.
