Hemp-derived CBD products are legal under federal law in the United States pursuant to the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "2018 Farm Bill"), provided they contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. However, state and local laws vary. It is your sole responsibility to verify that the purchase, possession, and use of hemp-derived CBD products is lawful in your state, city, and jurisdiction before placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Site to any person in any jurisdiction where we determine, in our sole discretion, that the sale of our products may be prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

4. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. An order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you with the corrected price and give you the option to proceed or cancel your order.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and debit cards. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to states where we are required to collect sales tax. The tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Subscriptions

Divine Earth Theory offers optional recurring subscription plans for select products. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you select (monthly or quarterly) until you cancel.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard and selecting "Cancel Subscription," or by contacting us at [email protected] at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
• Subscription pricing is locked at the rate in effect at the time of enrollment. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect on your subscription.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals.
• If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge up to three times over a 7-day period before suspending the subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product formulations, and software — is the exclusive property of Divine Earth Theory LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
