These terms apply when you use divineeartheory.com, create an account, place an order, join our community or take part in our ambassador program. By using the site you agree to them.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 21 years old to buy products, create an account or join the ambassador program. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity on your account.

Our products

Our products are broad-spectrum hemp products made from hemp containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight, as allowed under U.S. federal law. Local laws vary; it's your responsibility to make sure our products are legal where you live.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk with your healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you order. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud; if we cancel, you'll get a full refund. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.

Pre-orders placed before our launch on November 11, 2026 are charged when placed and ship after launch.

Subscribe & Save

Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule you choose and are charged to your saved payment method until you cancel. You can skip, change or cancel anytime from your account before your next renewal date. Subscription discounts don't combine with other discount codes.

Shipping, returns and refunds

We ship within the United States to addresses where our products are legal. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or you're not happy with it, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Ambassador program

Ambassadors are independent participants, not employees or agents of Divine Earth Theory. Ambassadors must share honestly, disclose that they may earn a commission, use only our approved marketing materials, and never make medical or income claims. Commissions are earned only on real, paid orders, stay pending until the order ships, and may be reversed if an order is refunded. We may suspend or end participation for breaking these rules or the signed ambassador agreement.

Community rules

Be kind and respectful. Don't post medical claims, illegal content, spam, or anything you don't have the right to share. Posts may be reviewed, and we may remove content or accounts that break these rules. You keep ownership of what you post, and you allow us to display it within the community.

Our content

Text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to Divine Earth Theory and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limits of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Divine Earth Theory isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Divine Earth Theory text updates: by opting in at divineeartheory.com/text-updates (or at checkout/sign-up), you agree to receive recurring automated texts with order updates, launch news and offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or email hello@divineeartheory.com. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
